Laps and Naps Home for Senior Cats Inc. offers you peace of mind through our Cat Companion Legacy Program. Through this program, you make arrangements for Laps and Naps to receive custody of your cat(s) upon your passing. You can make the decision on whether you would like your cat(s) to be available for adoption into a loving home, or if you would like them to remain under the guardianship of Laps and Naps for the duration of their lives. 

Contact your attorney to specify in your will that Laps and Naps Home for Senior Cats Inc, will become the legal guardian of your cat(s) in the event of your death. If you plan to use Laps and Naps as a “back-up,” specify that Laps and Naps will become the legal guardian only if the previous caretaker cannot fulfill the responsibility.
